I've dropped 40 pounds since my first ACL surgery 2 years ago. I hated my body then, now I'm starting to love myself for the first time.

I ran my first mile since tearing my ACL yesterday and still just barely missed 8:00. Pretty good for missing a ligament! #ACLcomeback

Ran a 7:34 mile today. No acl. My fastest time ever!
