Meenan P.A. was proud to found the Art Collins Leadership Scholarship Fund providing scholarships to students selected by the Florida Caucus of Black State Legislators Foundation.  At the Caucus 2025 Gala, Tim Meenan presented the initial funding to Art and Senator Rouson.
