Pre ordered two books from Barrett Bookstore this week: I See Color co-written by my friend Valerie Bolling and How to Age Disgracefully by Clare Pooley. Excited to share and talk about both in June.

Stopped by Rowayton Library today and was happy to see a Valerie Bolling title on display (with two more on the shelf).

Got a sneak peak of this thanks to NetGalley and LOVED it. Can’t get to Barnes and Noble? Hit up your local independent bookstore. You won’t be disappointed.

Read a copy of this last week when Valerie Bolling did an author visit at school. This book should be on every bookshelf both at home and in schools.

Picked up Orris and Timble by Kate DiCamillo on my way home Tuesday. Shared it with a 1st grade today. I loved it. They loved it. We all agree: new book friends are the best.

I am very late to the party but The Midnight Library Matt Haig is amazing. Listening to it and I am totally engrossed.
