I tell kids to "curate their critics": to create a list of 4 to 5 people they respect who also understand them & root for them. If someone on that list offers feedback, they should take it to heart. Otherwise, others' opinions should not alter their self-concept or their actions.

Randolph Middle School students in Ms. Reiche's class used yeast, warm water and plant sugar to study anaerobic cellular respiration. The lab was designed to teach students the process of alcoholic fermentation to demonstrate how yeast covert sugar into energy. #RandolphSchools
