CHEST welcomed several VIPs to our building today, April 25, for #TakeYourChildToWorkDay . It was a great opportunity for the children to engage with our team and learn about the exciting work being done at CHEST.

Interesting paper about peripheral vs central vasopressors in real world sepsis treatment (I LOVE a Sankey diagram):
- wide variation by hospital
- equivalent outcomes
- most received PIV pressors at 6 hrs
- most who still required pressors at day 4 had a CVC (3% still used PIV?)

Joining CHEST over 24 years ago was scary as a RT & I learned quickly CHEST was my interprofessional home.
