We clean lawyer offices. The absolute toughest clients. Every bit of feedback has the tone of a demand letter. Would not recommend, although they all pay timely.

Recurring client home was fairly clean. Instead of cleaning, sat on her phone. Called another teammate bragging about sitting on her phone. Client fired us. Was a bi-weekly client at $390/clean. 🙃

My home service business hiring strategy is a lot like my stock picking strategy. An A Player Hire is like picking a winning stock. I am not good at stock picking. So I buy all stocks (S&P ETF). Then the winners grow and the losers are cut. It makes sense to play the odds.
