Now I have a better understanding of the adage: "Beware of a wolf in sheep's clothing." Here are my preliminary thoughts on the Supreme Court's decision in the Harvard and UNC cases yesterday. In short, the decision is both radical & disingenuous; and fact-challenged. A🧵

While the picture used in the article isn't of Mizzou (or any other UM system campus)... this certainly signals what the UM system values -- and what it doesn't. Anyone seeing other flagships making similar changes?
