Hey Southwest Airlines, your gate agents let more than 30 C group board ahead of the B group on #2775 on 9/4, FLL-STL. Their explanation: they were kids. These "kids" were in college. The rest of us ended up in middle seats with no overhead space. Unacceptable. Be better.
