APD held a consultation meeting with women and youth based in Erigavo, Sanaag. The main objective of this event was to collect the latest information regarding the ongoing peacebuilding efforts in Shidan and to explore the contemporary circumstances within the Sanaag region.

APD’s Executive Director, Mr. Omar Adan Yusuf, alongside staff and Board members, met the Chairperson of the Waddani Party, Mr. Hirsi Ali Haji Hassan. The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between APD and national political parties to promote peace and democracy.
