When your in a narc abuse situation it doesn’t feel like abuse. It’s why finding out that it’s abuse comes as a shock and a rollercoaster of emotions.

People who lack/lacked love tend to overcompensate by loving to much and in an overwhelming way for most bc we want them to know they are loved as we don’t want them feeling the way that we did or do.
