Watching a clinic. College coach - we’ve been practicing for about 5 weeks, which is not a lot of practice. In FL we get 2 weeks of practice (without football players there) to prepare for preseason games. Real games start the following week, usually 3 a week (college plays 2)

Most HS athletes won’t play beyond HS. That’s why programs should be built for all kids, not just the few who’ll move on. The lessons, memories & growth should belong to everyone who wears the jersey. Build environments where all feel valued—HS sports should be about HS athletes!
