It was wonderful to see so many students from OX14 Learning Partnership partner schools at yesterday’s Futures Fair. With over 20 visiting institutions it was a great opportunity for students and parents to ask questions and find out more.

2nd Year pupils spent the final week of the Easter break exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park. Under the expert instruction of staff from Plas Pencelli Outdoor Education Centre, they went caving, climbing, canoeing, kayaking and mountain walking. ow.ly/BHVz50RiPxA

51 students and 5 staff members visited the Battlefields of the First World War. They were accompanied by two guides from Anglia Battlefields Tours who brought the various sites visited to life and really helped the students understand the war. ow.ly/Jlkb50Ri9QT

Over the Easter holidays, 33 4th Year students from Abingdon and St Helen and St Katharine took part in our third annual trip to Lyon. Pupils spent the mornings in language lessons and home stays with host families allowed them to make great progress with their French. ow.ly/z6cU50Rh55V

We boated four crews for this years Schools Head of the River.

The 1st VIII came 12th in Championship Eights with the 2nd VIII in 11th. In the J16 events the J16 1st VIII finished 13th and the J16 2nd VIII came home in 5th place.
