things that give me the ick on brand accounts: - too many filler words: "so", "like", "really", "basically", etc - exclamation marks, and generally speaking odd punctuation choices - too many emojis - long paragraphs. just make it an article

my friend cami wrote an article i recommend reading if you're managing a brand account's socials. it captures a concept i've been trying to articulate, but her use of "functional" and "expressive" does a much better job if you're running a brand account, you need a good
