Great morning session with Colton from Body Symmetry this morning. I’ve been working with him since pre-season and my vertical has increased by 3 inches to a total of 26.9!

Scored my first MLSNext goal tonight in a 4-1 win. Turns out there was a hole in the net. The ref fixed it after the goal. Next game is Sunday vs Vardar

4-0 win against Lou Fusz on Friday and 4-1 win against Vardar. Currently on a 4 game win streak and have 2 more big games this week.

Another great morning workout with Colton from Body Symmetry. My new vertical pr is now 27.8 inches!

In honor of Veterans Day, a few fellow members of National Honors Society and I got together to rake leaves for Veterans. Although many of them are getting old, their service has continued to impact us today. Thank you to all the Veterans in this country!
