I am touched and honoured to have the endorsement of Dr. David Swann. He has served this community for so long with integrity and passion, especially in the critical area of mental health. David, we will work every day to earn this endorsement. Thank you so much.

#UCP privatized our hospital cafeteria. No food for those on weekend call. A disaster, just like the lab. How are we supposed to recruit & retain #healthcare staff when we can’t even feed them as they work 24/7? #abhealth #abpoli #ableg #abelxn23

A war on doctors. Mass layoffs of healthcare workers. Emergency wait times out of control. Women in Lethbridge told to travel to Calgary to give birth. Ambulances that never come. Obstetric services closed in communities across Alberta. For the sake of our healthcare, #voteNDP.

Alberta's new Minister of Addiction and Mental Health is perhaps best known here for chugging a beer on the floor of our Legislative Assembly. Hope he brings some sober second thought to his new file. #ableg albertapolitics.ca/2023/03/mla-da…

Maybe privatized health care isn't a great solution after all 🤔 edmontonjournal.com/news/politics/… #ableg #abpoli

Why is it that a private for profit company like Dynalife (lab services) has access to an individuals health records through Connect Care but a Paramedic who is an Employee of Alberta Health Services does not have access to Connect Care. This is wrong.

Premier, bring back Precision Labs in the Calgary AHS Zone. It was efficient and worked. And while you are at it, cancel the private contracts in AHS Retail Foods and hire back those Employees that faced layoff. Admit the mistake. Fix it and drive on.

Re Lab Services Premier, it is well passed the time to be chatting with Dynalife. Be proactive. Rehire Precision. These were AHS Employees that were efficient. Today is June 12. The earliest a person can get a lab appointment in Calgary is July 15. Not acceptable.

Danielle Smith’s plans to take over 50 percent of the CPP funds to start her Alberta Pension Plan and her plan to use her Sovereignty Act to avoid following 2035 net zero targets are both examples of fanciful thinking. The federal government and every other province in the CPP
