The club are saddened to learn of the passing of one of our former players Tristan Maggs (Tigger). A minutes silence prior to our game this afternoon. Rest in peace Tigger 😢

The club would like to thank Newbridge Rugby for the use of their facilities this afternoon. As most know, it is unlikely we will play at our ground again this season, due to sewerage issues. Llanhilleth RFC who have also kindly hosted us too. Thank you.

On March 12, 2025, we commemorate 75 years since the Llandow Air Disaster, which tragically took 80 lives, including members from Risca and Llanharan. Today, our 1st Team and Youth Captains honoured them at a memorial service, laying club shirts. We will never forget.

On this day 75 years ago. The world's worst air disaster took the lives of 80 people, including members of our club. As a result our club colours were changed to Black for remembrance, and Emerald (plane was returning from Ireland). We also wear a propellor on our club badge.
