Fixed attacking patterns - working on different types of crosses. 1) Defenders dropping - hard pall targeting the far corner of little box. 2) attack end line- chipped ball to 2nd post or cutback. 3) defence low, no pressure on ball holder - early cross to 1st post/middle area.

Fractals: 2 situations to defend for fullbacks 1) Pass comes from wider area - cover inside, while the ball travels close down distance, don't allow balls behind. 2) No time to close down, pass comes from a more central position - defend depth, plant feet fast diagonally.
