Memorial Day is a day of gratitude for me. It’s not my story to tell, but anyone who has come home from a war zone really did so on a complete roll of the dice.

I’m going to need a week at home alone to recover from my kids’ birthdays (they’re both in June), end of year moving stuff to our summer house, getting summer camp stuff together & filling out camp forms. So what do I do with my kids while I do this & run my own PT practice 🫠

Vaginal estrogen is not just beneficial for menopausal & post-menopausal patients. I suggest my breastfeeding patients & some of those with pelvic floor dysfunction discuss it with their Ob/gyns to improve symptoms & postpartum intercourse. Literally no reason not to!
