Pleased to meet delegates from across the globe @ 43rd Annual Conference of International Association for Impact Assessment IAIA Network in Abbeyleix Bog today. Sharing my experience of NPWS Nature Conservation and local communities working together to restore our unique Bogs #EarthDay

Common cottongrass bloom is one of the most spectacular nature displays in Ireland. Particularly found on raised bog cutover after restoration. Thanks to Abbeyleix Bog for sharing this video. It is a pleasure working with you on restoring Abbeyleix Bog.

Two Lunar Hornet clearwing moths came to my lure at Abbeyleix Bog a week ago. #teammoth
