My favorite anecdote is from the summer of 1973, when the Boston Celtics traveled to Salt Lake City for an exhibition game against the Utah Stars! To commemorate the game, the Stars produced this program. The cover features five Celtics players : - Paul Silas - Don Chaney -

He looked slow and was named “the Whopper” for his love for Burger King, but Billy Paultz had great hands and anticipation skills. Paultz averaged 2 steals per game in the ‘74-‘75 ABA season in spite of his towering 6’11’’ and 250 pound frame. Happy bday to the Whopper! 🙌
