Going back to New York for the weekend and couldn’t help but think…

For many people, NYC will be the city that never sleeps, but I will always refer to it as the city where Ryan Langborg dropped a career-high 27 points to eliminate Florida Atlantic in the NCAA Tournament.

Don’t want to sound like a broken record BUT:

Northwestern was the only team to win a half against the national champions (UConn) in this year’s NCAA Tournament (40-35 2H).

The Huskies were a juggernaut all tournament, and no team came remotely close to competing with them.

But, Justin Mullins’ quartet of blocks for an undermanned Northwestern in a defensive dogfight at Rutgers is what I’ll actually remember years from now.
