Stagg girls tennis wins the Cooper invite at Shepard high school. Great team win. Rehus and Lara took the title at 1 doubles. Vazzana and Heafey won the title at 2nd doubles. Mahmoud took third at 2 singles and Rimkevicius took 2nd at 1 singles. StaggAthletics Stagg High School

Stagg girls tennis moves to 10-5 on the season with a 7-0 win vs Andrew. The Chargers had great all around play by their 3 singles players, Amelia Kunda, Janeen Mahmoud, and Greta Rimkevicius. All three winning in straight sets! StaggAthletics

Stagg girls tennis gets an exciting 4-3 win vs LW Central. Greta Rimkevicius wins a close 6-2 2-6 10-6 match at first singles to get the team the win. The Chargers are 11-5 on the season and 5-3 in conference play. StaggAthletics Stagg High School

Today the Senior girls for Stagg hosted our first Senior/Teacher tennis tournament. A big thank you to all of our teachers who make a difference in our girls lives! Coach Chris Sandor and his partner Amelia Kunda were the champs beating Mina Lara and Coach DeRose 15-12.

Stagg girls tennis takes fifth place at the SWSC tennis tournament this weekend. The team finished the regular season 14-5 and 5-3 in conference. They will play in the sectional this Friday at Sandburg.

Stagg’s girls tennis season came to a conclusion with a Third place finish in the Sandburg Sectional. Thank you to our 10 seniors on a great season and all of your hard work the past 4 years.
