Presenting the elevator pitch as a BBSRC Discovery Fellow . Amazing experience to interact with researchers from broad spectrum of biological sciences at annual fellow meet. Grateful to Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research for giving me the opportunity to transition into an independent researcher !

Circadian timing🕒 is important for health, but circadian amplitude🏔️may be even more important. We found stronger core body temperature amplitude ➡️ more robust peripheral metabolite rhythms in humans. A robust clock organises the body's rhythms. nature.com/articles/s4159…

"The academic structure … makes planning for a family feel like an impossible luxury." In this #ScienceWorkingLife, two postdocs share how, as women in academia, having children can feel impossible—and how talking about it makes them feel less alone. scim.ag/3Dv0FGn
