7/ Getting good density for the TM regions of band 3 (4.5Å&ugly) was tricky. Masked classification, w/ or w/out alignments, failed. 3D-VA in cryoSPARC, followed by clustering on a single mode that seemed to correspond to an order-disorder transition improved res to 3.3 Å.
