Actually…. The problem is you end with roll up vehicles like Descartes which take companies that were founder-led and innovative and turn them into just another cog in a roll up - because we over-regulated being public.

Tariffs are back on and de minimis from China remains banned as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit just issued an administrative stay of the decision while it considers Trump’s appeal. So back to the way things were earlier in the week

Some brands that moved fulfillment from Mexico to US earlier this year because the end of 321 have moved fulfillment back to Mexico for their non-Chinese manufactured items. 321 aka de minimis is still available for the rest of the world and there doesn't seem to be any momentum
