It's Feb 5. Tortuguita was killed by Georgia State Patrol officers on Jan 18. They were shot 13 times. The killers have still not been named. Mayor Dickens has spoken to the news multiple times, surrounded by dozens of police officers. He has not addressed the killing at all.
