We show that protein synthesis is a key target in DIPG/DMG. Omacetaxine was highly active at nanomolar concentrations - but inactive in vivo. This is a key reason so many exciting treatments fail in DIPG - they just cant get in to the tumour. academic.oup.com/noa/advance-ar…
