My son found this poster in the school and I guess I didn't really realize how valuable it was until he told me I had to take a picture of it and send it to him. You really just don't know what will motivate someone else... When I looked at it again, I saw the power in the image.

Got a win this week. Got a win last week too. When you do it in a row, you take a picture!!! Lol!! This team is so great and so much fun to coach. We are either amazed or laughing at all times. Not sure if coaching gets better than this!!
