Can we all just admit this: The transformational changes that covid, the economic crisis, police brutality and racial turbulence will force are precisely some of the things Bernie Sanders was talking about but may have sounded too extreme to some just months ago.

$50M taxpayer dollars in the pockets of contractors who will replace an existing border fence, in Eagle Pass, with a taller one. Where is the logic? Where is the support for families and businesses devastated by COVID-19?

Congress must revoke executive power to dismiss local state and federal laws, created to protect cultural heritage sites, habitats and access to clean air and water, for construction purposes. Are we fronterizos second class citizens? This would never happen in, say Boston.
