IV Fluids ✨ Intravenous fluids are liquids given to replace water, sugar and salt that a patient might need when in hospital. IV fluids are given straight into a vein through a drip 💧 Have a look at The Hyponatremia Inquiry 2003 to see why correct fluid choice is important!

When performing CPR, you should alternate between giving 30 compressions and 2 rescue breaths. If you are unable or unwilling to provide rescue breaths, perform continuous chest compressions until medical professionals arrive.
