Hi All, Spent a few hours between cloud capturing the Cocoon Nebula IC 5146, Sh 2-125 The Cocoon Nebula is between 3300 and 4000 light years from Earth. Located in the constellation of Cygnus, it is about 15 light years in diameter. .

Galaxy time for me this week. This is NGC7331 the Deer Lick Galaxy and friends Distance from Earth? 332 Million Lightyears Aprox. making his picture a third of a billion years old.

Tighter crop and with stars removed the Deer Lick Galaxy looks beautiful. There are things out there too amazing for us to never see. we need warp drive and we need it soon :)

This week I have been mainly imaging the Bubble Nebula

Spent a few hours looking deep into the soul of the universe.

Some say we are stardust, fallen from the heavens like grains of sand. So I wonder. Perhaps I dream. If the ones we feel the closest to, were once part of the same star. #Astrophotography

last night was magical

It's been a good week for Astrophotigraphy. not had 3 nights of clear'ish skies in a row in a looooong time. This is a deep dive into the Flaming Star Nebula. I love zooming in on these targets.
