Again (sadly) we are seeing a lot about the removal of presumption from the usual protagonists. The presumption of parental involvement is a legal principle in England that states that it's in a child's best interest to have a relationship with both parents unless proven .

How can anyone assert that Alienating Behaviours (manipulating a child to fear and reject their other parent) are not Adverse Childhood Experiences, causing trauma and harming the child’s mental health? How? It’s beyond me.

Financial abuse, but also mental health (including suicide), stalking, the using of children as pawns to control etc. etc. Coercive control is far, far more prevalent than physical abuse, and also far more impacting. Why not more awareness? #domesticabuse
