Oak Class have been using research skills to become experts on countries of South America. Collectively, we have learned a lot about the continent as a part of our enquiry learning. Fantastic team work!

'Adventures With Maths Club' today explored the artwork of MC Escher and we learned about shape tessellation. The children took so much care over the tesellation.

Today in the 'Adventures With Maths' club we played 'Pudsey's Points'. It's amazing how much mathematical language a board game can generate!

'Adventures With Maths' Club saw our mathematicians explore number patterns in creating their own hopscotch. We enjoyed our own and tried out others. Lots of number sequences, including the 12 times table!

Cedar Class kept it practical in Maths today to learn about counting coins. A tricky skill to master, especially with mixed coins, but with the help of peer to peer support, we're getting there!
