I'm literally pregnant with a child that would not exist if this childcare program didn't come into effect. We simply could not afford to have a second child. We were budgeting for >$2k a month per child and now pay more like $500. It's a life-changing program & needs expansion

What's really sobering about this clip is that for anyone who's only been watching politics since ~2015, I imagine it's not really obvious what the joke is
