Literally sent me to three different lines just to get bag tags printed only for them not to print because of an “error” and then they send me to customer service who then sends me to another customer service line. Unbelievable incompetence.

I thought americanair was bad before the lockdowns but holy crap, they are abysmal now. Half hour late boarding and now we have to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes because of some ATC thing. Lots of connections being missed. Folks, air travel is not making the best comeback.
