🚧 Changes to the A428 at Caxton Gibbet 🚧 From Monday 2 June, the route of the A428 will move onto a new road north of its current route to join the new roundabout being built at Caxton Gibbet. After the switch, we will remove the closed section of A428 carriageway.

🚧 The opening of the new local road connecting Roxton Road & The Lane in Wyboston has been delayed while UK Power Networks complete the removal of overhead power cables. We now expect the road to open by the end of June. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

On Monday morning, traffic began flowing on the newly opened stretch of the A428 and the new roundabout at Caxton Gibbet. 🏗️🚙 We’re aware that some mapping platforms haven’t updated yet – this can take a few days. Rest assured, the A428 is open to traffic. ✅🟢
