🚨 Liverpool have agreed a fee (£120+£15m) with Newcastle for Isak, just pending announcement.
Richard Hughes is allowing Newcastle time to secure a replacement out of respect for his strong relationship with Eddie Howe.
The club set to announce him in new Adidas kit. #LFC
Glad i broke the Wirtz, Isak and Ekitike news first. This fanbase deserves honesty and i take that seriously.
I may slip up one day, but my intentions are always genuine. Trust “The voices”.
This is classic PR damage control.
Newcastle’s ownership can frame it like this:
- We turned down offers to protect our valuation.
- We gave him a fair proposal, including a release clause.
Stay calm. Things are happening.
If you don’t understand by now how the media is briefed on transfer dealings from clubs via agents or journalists there really is no explaining to you. I’m sorry.
This deal has already been agreed a while ago and all this is PR and assistance to help Newcastle get a striker. £135M is what’s done and all this is for show.
Richard Hughes has orchestrated it all and Footballing lessons are being taught here.
JUST CHECKED MANCHESTER UNITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂the reason they can’t enter a bidding war for Šeško is that they’re capped at 85M, anything more is a clear violation of the PSR rules. Newcastle bid is 90M.
Šeško choosing United wasn’t “the nail in the coffin” for Isak’s transfer, it just delayed it.
The damage between Newcastle and Isak is way too much to be amended. Number 9 is ready for him at Liverpool.
🚨: I’m told Liverpool have received clear “signals” from Newcastle that they’re open to offers for Isak. A second bid is expected in the coming days. #LFC
