One thing we can do to try & calm down anxiety is to sit with the emotion or sensation coming up. Not being judgmental about it, just being curious about it & examining it. Just observing it & sitting with it can start to calm our nervous system down #anxiety

Your body is very clever. It can react instantly to things, it’s an instinctive response based purely on what it’s picking up. It will also pick up resonance from someone else’s nervous system, it can read others very accurately!
