INTERCAPE Yhuuuu intercape a ticket was booked for sunday 26/11/23 from Joburg to Peddie, my boy did not travel and was told he can still use the ticket a fee will be charged, today went back to rebook, the ticket is forfeited i.e. the whole R522 we lost it,

Im shocked i thought intercape charge cancellation fee, they chow the whole ticket money tht is very cruel, we lost R522 because Intercape has no cancellation fee whatsoever.
