My professional & academic interests intersect in this study…how on earth did we make decisions during the madness of the COVID-19 waves? Questionnaire based upon findings from focus groups with colleagues…how transferable are these across the wider critical care community?

Just wondering if other Trusts are cutting Bank pay for critical care and theatres nurses or just mine? Apparently the cut is based upon NHSE pay caps but our senior team won’t share the guidance. Anyone know anything about this? BACCN 💙 WeNurses 💙 The RCN

This thread gave me a warm fuzzy feeling and also brought tears to my eyes. Kindness is in short supply sometimes. But when I’m kind, everyone wins. Happy Friday everyone 😺

Minimum dataset for surgical patients in Africa. Have a look at the dataset. Let's see if we can get this established across Africa. It would allow risk adjusted tracking of surgical outcomes doi: 10.1007/s00268-022-06815-3 rdcu.be/cZMAB Hyla Kluyts #APORG APORG (African Perioperative Research Group)
