We'd like to praise the actions of a girl, 12, who was lost in #Wrabness with her three friends. She called at 6.45pm yesterday and she was concerned about the incoming tide. She remained composed on the call. Two children were airlifted to hospital. All four were unharmed.

A man has died following a collision involving a motorbike and a van in Witham Road #Cressing at about 5pm today, Sunday 22 March. Sadly the motorcyclist died at the scene. A section of the road is currently closed. Witnesses to the collision are asked to call 101.
