2/3 -Further to this, binaural beats were used to entrain certain mental states which include: Delta: 1-4 Hz: Deep Sleep, Theta: 4-8 Hz: Meditation, Alpha: 8-14 Hz: Relaxation/Focus, Beta: 14-30 Hz: Attention/Cognition, Gamma: 30-100 Hz: Memory/Creativity.
