One reporter said the journalists who were in the journalism school buildings are now allowed to leave again, but he said he’s in another building where riot police are outside and he is not allowed to leave. “I’ve been up for 39 and a half hours and I just want to go home.”

The host of the WKCR show just pointed out the incongruent situation of a university that “supposedly cares enough about journalism to have a journalism program” but the journalists are told by police officers that if they come out of the Journalism building, they’ll be arrested.
