Obesity is disliked in Islam. Stop making excuses, cut the diet, and start regular exercises. Once a Sahabi having huge belly came to Prophet ﷺ, He ﷺ pointed to his belly, saying, 'How good it would be if this didn't exist.'
Sahabi didn't came again until his belly disappeared.
