Children are our communities greatest treasure. Ts have the MOST important role from PreK-12. That’s a lot of years where this treasure is bestowed to us. #Relationships

Humans need 2 things to thrive. #Belonging and #Structure. When we feel safe & know our environment is structured, consistent & secure we blossom. Set the expectations & hold them high. We rise when we know when we make mistakes we get to learn from them. #Grace #Kindness
