﴿رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي ۝ وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي﴾

My contribution to society is & will be canceling ganin lefe. Be it my daughters, sisters or anyone I have a say so to, no woman is leaving her home to come see what’s in another woman’s luggage. This problematic tradition has to go.

Asiri ba karya bane, amma wallahi idan ka rike adhkar safe da rana, maye sai dai ya ci kansa, mugu sai dai ya mutu, mai hassada sai dai bakin ciki ya kasheshi, makiyi karshensa kasa. Sai dai kuma abinda Allah Ya nufa. Allah Ya cigaba da karemu baki daya.

No pre wedding pictures. No opening of Instagram account. No unveiling and hugging in front of friends. No hashtags. No dinner.

no ganin lefe, no ganin gida, no daukan amarya too. just fatihah, me taking my wife sai airport.

You understand fully how insignificant this dunya is when you lose a close one. It’s as if you’d see them at their regular places, but they really are gone. With all they’ve worked for left behind & only what they prepared for their akhira is with them. It’s humbling.

"Praying against shirk should be done as many times as possible, daily. May Allah distance us from shirk, may Allah keep us far away from shirk. May Allah keep us firmly upon Tawhid and cause us to die as Muslims— firmly upon Tawhid.

اللهم اغفر لعبدك بخاري، وجميع موتى المسلمين، الذين شهدوا لك بالوحدانية، وبنبيك بالرسالة وماتو على ذلك. اللهم اغفرهم وارحمهم، وعافهم واعف عنهم، وأكرم نزلهم، ووسع مدخلهم، واغسلهم بالماء والثلج والبرد، ونقهم من الخطايا كما ينقى الثوب الأبيض من الدنس. آمين.
