he was deep into his thoughts, not even hearing the footsteps behind him. he kept walking, thinking about his best friend. . .

he couldn't believe to his ears. it was such a familiar voice. . . “X-Xingchen?” he almost breathed out, stopping his walking. it should be one of his daydreams. . .

that touch. . . it couldn't be possible. he slowly turned his head on a side, glancing a familiar white fabric right beside him. “XingChen.” he repeated again, his eyes almost weeping.

he sighed, closing his eyes after that embrace. He was hoping it wasn't another daydream or an illusion of his mind. he slowly rose one of his trembling arms, trying to return that hug, wrapping it around XingChen's shoulders
