A big day up in Cove as I reached the milestone of 100 games following Kelty Hearts Football Club ๐ฑ๐ป Hopefully it's a day to celebrate League 1 survival, ideally through our own efforts, or by results elsewhere going our way.

They've done it. An incredible 2nd half comeback and Annan's defeat ensures Kelty Hearts Football Club ๐ฑ๐ป will be playing League 1 football again next season. What an effort to get it over the line. That 100th game will live long in the memory ๐ฑ๐ป

Brownlands Park โ Badge โ Luncarty F.C 1-5 Hill of Beath Hawthorn FC A brilliant venue for football on a warm, sunny evening and a convincing win for the Haws. Really enjoyed this one and will definitely return. Great effort from the club to locate a badge too which was appreciated.

A long overdue victory v Alloa which cost them a place in the playoffs as Stenny sneaked in. Kelty finish in 6th place on 44 pts, the same as last season: Kelty Hearts Football Club ๐ฑ๐ป 2-1 Alloa Athletic FC A great ending to the season and a really positive start for our new manager ๐ฑ๐ป.

Craigie Park โ 50th Ground โ Badge โ โ๏ธโ A visit to the home of Dundee's oldest football club: East Craigie FC 0-3 Downfield Junior Football Club Also nice to meet Matt who runs the A season in the Midlands League page - a wealth of info that's well worth a follow if you don't already.

Seven Acres Park โ Badge โ๐ More Midlands League Cup action tonight: Letham JFC 2-6 Dundee North End Football Club Dundee North End were a joy to watch at times, but Letham hung in and got a couple of late goals themselves. A good game all in.

Laing Park โ Badge โ Carnoustie Panmure FC 1-0 Letham JFC Seemingly both previous meetings were 4-3 wins for Letham and it took a last minute winner to save us from a 0-0. A cracking afternoon in the sun with my eldest โ๏ธ Oh and Letham's social media updates remain legendary ๐๐ป

A brilliant game at New Bayview: East Fife FC 3-2 Annan Athletic FC Annan finish with 9 men and Dick Campbell also saw red for an incident that I think began with his bunnet getting chucked on the pitch in frustration. A big return leg in store to decide League 1 participation.

Volunteer Park โ Badge โ King Cup Semi-Final Armadale Thistle F.C 1-2 Boโness Athletic FC Not the greatest game if I'm honest, but Bo'ness won't care as they head to the final. Their opener was easily the pick of the goals. Nice bonus to bump into an old face from Kelty as well.

Back to the Albert Bartlett for the Championship playoff final: Airdrieonians FC 0-0 Cove Rangers FC An intriguing nil nil as the tie was in the balance right till the final whistle. Thought Cove gave a good account, just didn't quite get the clear chance they needed.

New Beechwood Park โ Badge โ No such thing as a meaningless Midlands Monday night game: Lochee Harp Football Club 2-4 East Craigie FC Nothing at stake in this game, but it was an enjoyable watch with some good company. A few decent saves from both keepers too ๐๐ป

A cracking cup final in the sun at the Canniepairt ahead of the rain today: BROUGHTY ATHLETIC JFC 1-0 Downfield Junior Football Club Despite being down to 9, plucky Downfield hung in and could have snatched a late draw following a series of corners.

My season ends with the East of Scotland Football League Cup Final at Albyn Park: Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC 0-2 Musselburgh Athletic K&D finished with 10 after a late 2nd yellow as Musselburgh won the cup completing a double, despite the wind spoiling the game a bit. Nice to see a few familiar faces in attendance.
