Your podcast isn’t hard because no one’s listening It’s hard because you haven’t created enough episodes Fix this: ✔ Keep publishing consistently ✔ Mention your offer naturally in every episode ✔ Repurpose content across platforms More episodes = More opportunities

Want better podcast CTAs? đŸŽ™ïž Keep it: ✅ Simple: One clear action per episode ✅ Easy: Direct listeners to your show notes ✅ Specific:”Follow me on X for tips” ✅ Strategic: Mention it early & at the end ✅ Natural: Make it flow in conversation What’s your go-to CTA? âŹ‡ïž

Every podcaster has a blind spot Something that’s holding them back from reaching their full potential. Maybe it’s your audio quality, guest strategy, or consistency What’s your podcast blind spot? Drop a comment or DM me😊 I’d love to hear about it! 👇

Some permissions are empowering: ✅ “Go for it!” ✅ “You’d be great at that” ✅ “I believe in you” Others hold us back: ❌ “That’s not realistic” ❌ “You’re not ready” ❌ “Who do you think you are?”

Podcast hosts position themselves as authorities Start by asking yourself: 1ïžâƒŁ What problem do you solve? 2ïžâƒŁ How have you personally dealt with that problem? 3ïžâƒŁ What makes you uniquely qualified to speak on this topic? Tell your audience WHY you can help and HOW you’ll do it

Most podcasts don’t explode overnight. Growth is slow, often invisible at first. But every episode you publish is one more step in growing something bigger

It’s a natural feeling to fear that AI could one day take your job AI, as it stands today, lacks imagination and true creative thinking At their core, creators thrive on their ability to think differently, to build something from nothing So don’t be afraid. Create. Build. Lead

One year ago today I attempted my first 100 mile race. I will be going to the race tomorrow to help at the start / finish to support the 100 mile runners. It’s crazy to me that these runners will run all day today, run through the night and still be going tomorrow morning.

An absolute pleasure today to help support the running community at Sulphur Springs Trail Run The look on some of these runners finishing 100 miles is incredible

Thinking of starting a podcast? Ask yourself: Why am I doing this? Who is it for? Clients who are clear on this create better, more consistent content. Is it for: âžĄïž Personal brand? âžĄïž Lead gen? âžĄïž Client connection? No wrong answer just be clear. What's your reason?

I heard a quote recently that has struck me “The best billionaires make decisions when they have 60% of the solution. They figure out the rest as they go” Running a podcast works the same way You won’t have all the answers when you start Start anyway Figure it out later
