Filled with fury hearing the story of Ralph Yarl, a 16-year-old boy who got two houses mixed up and accidentally knocked on the wrong door. The white person inside shot him in the head, then again while he was on the ground. Sickening.

The end of the school year is always bittersweet because I’m exhausted and in need of rest…but also I immediately begin to miss seeing my students every day. They become such an important part of my life. Don’t even talk to me about my seniors. 🥹
